Hello, and welcome to the Terms of Service for Swasd Restoration. Our service is a Discord bot that helps restore Discord servers quickly and effectively when problems such as server deletion or raids occur. We are glad to have you with us.
These Terms define the legal obligations between you and Swasd Restoration in connection with your use of the service and apply whenever you use the service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, your use of the service may be restricted.
Privacy Policy: We take the protection of your personal information very seriously. Please review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
1. Definitions
The terms used in these Terms shall have the following meanings. These definitions are important for interpreting the Terms, so please read them carefully.
- "Service": The server restoration and management support service provided by Swasd Restoration through a Discord bot.
- "User": Any individual or entity using the Service, including all individuals who have a Discord account.
- "Account": A Discord account created or maintained by a user to access and use the Service.
- "Content": Any data, messages, files, server backups, user backups, and other materials created, uploaded, or handled by a user while using the Service.
- "Personal Information": Any information that can identify a user, including IP addresses, email addresses, Discord user IDs, and User-Agent information.
- "Alternate Account": An additional account created by the same user, which may be blocked by the Service.
- "Third Party": Any individual or entity that does not have a direct relationship with Swasd Restoration.
- "Filtering Features": Automated features applied for the security and stability of the Service, such as VPN/proxy blocking, IPv6 blocking, and disposable email blocking.
- "Server Admin": An individual responsible for adding and managing the Swasd Restoration bot in their Discord server, and also responsible for managing verification logs.
- "Restoration": The operation of extracting specific items from backed-up data and transferring them to a new Discord server through Swasd Restoration.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By using Swasd Restoration (the "Service"), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
3. Provision of the Service
The Service is a Discord bot that supports the restoration of Discord servers when issues occur. Server admins may use the Service after adding the Swasd Restoration bot to the server, completing configuration, and going through the verification process.
4. Eligibility
- You must have a Discord account to use the Service.
- You must be eligible to use a Discord account under Discord's Terms of Service.
- You must have the legal authority and capacity required to use the Service.
5. User Obligations
- You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and must not use it for unlawful activities.
- All information provided during verification must be accurate and up to date.
- You must not infringe on the rights of others or cause harm to others.
- Any act that interferes with or harms the normal operation of the Service is prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following acts. If such conduct is detected, access to the Service may be restricted without prior notice:
- Illegal Acts: Any act that violates applicable law, such as data leakage, fraud, threats, hacking, phishing, or malware distribution.
- Infringing the Rights of Others: Any act that infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
- Abuse of the Service: Excessive or abnormal use of the Service that interferes with its normal operation.
- Spam and Advertising: Sending unauthorized advertisements or posting spam messages.
- Improper Account Use: Impersonating another person's account or creating multiple accounts to misuse the Service.
- Posting Harmful Content: Posting violent, sexual, hateful, or otherwise offensive content.
- Security Violations: Threatening the security of the Service or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Unauthorized Access Attempts: Attempting to access the Service or servers without authorization.
- Data Manipulation: Unauthorized modification, deletion, or alteration of server data, user data, or related information.
- Unauthorized Restoration: Performing a restoration outside its intended purpose without notifying the operator or administrator of the Service.
- Fraud: Deceiving the operator or administrators of the Service. This also includes fraudulent conduct unrelated to the Service itself.
- Other Prohibited Acts: Any other act expressly prohibited by Swasd Restoration.
If prohibited conduct is confirmed, Swasd Restoration reserves the right to restrict the user's access to the Service or suspend the user's account without prior warning. It may also publicly disclose related data, share it with third-party services, or provide it to investigative authorities where legally required.
7. Privacy Policy
We place the highest priority on data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
This site is hosted in Switzerland. If you access this site from anywhere in the world where laws or other requirements regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data differ from those in Switzerland, then by continuing to use the site, you are deemed to consent to the transfer of your data to Switzerland and its processing in Switzerland.
8. Filtering Features
The Service provides various filtering features to protect users and maintain the stability of the Service. Server Admins may configure the following filters through Swasd Restoration for use in the verification system:
- VPN/Proxy Blocking: Blocking access through VPNs or proxies.
- IPv6 Blocking: Blocking access through IPv6 addresses.
- Mobile Data (Cellular) Blocking: Restricting access through mobile data networks.
- Overseas Access Blocking: Blocking access from overseas IP addresses.
- Public Institution Email Blocking: Blocking email addresses from public institutions.
- Non-Major Korean Carrier IP Blocking: Blocking IP addresses other than those of the three major Korean telecommunications carriers.
- Alternate Account Blocking: Blocking alternate accounts belonging to the same user.
- Disposable Email Blocking: Blocking disposable email addresses.
These filtering features are configured by server admins who use the Service through the Swasd Restoration Discord bot and are operated effectively to maintain the security and trustworthiness of the relevant server.
9. User Content
- Users retain rights to all content they provide to the Service, and the Service uses that content only for the purpose of storing, processing, and providing it.
- Users must ensure that any content transmitted through the Service does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- If a server experiences a problem (such as a raid or deactivation) and the user of Swasd Restoration does not notify the operator of the Service, or if the operator replies but cannot reach the user for more than one hour, the operator of Swasd Restoration may restore the server at their discretion and transfer ownership in order to minimize user inconvenience. This does not apply where the user has notified the operator in advance not to perform a discretionary restoration before such a problem occurs.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, this site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Site Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws, various intellectual property and unfair competition laws of Switzerland, international copyright laws, and international conventions.
The Site Content and Marks are provided on an "as-is" basis for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the site, Site Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
If you are eligible to use the site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the site for your personal and non-commercial use only, and to download or print copies of any portion of the Site Content to which you have properly gained access.
We reserve all rights in and to the site, the Site Content, and the Marks that are not expressly granted to you.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational purposes only, and Swasd Restoration is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party services.
12. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis, and no guarantee is made regarding its accuracy or reliability.
- Swasd Restoration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.
- The Service may not be provided without unexpected errors or interruptions, and no liability is accepted in that regard.
13. Changes to or Suspension of the Service
Swasd Restoration reserves the right to change or suspend part or all of the Service without prior notice. In the event of service changes, notice may be provided in advance or posted within the Service.
14. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be revised as necessary, and changes will be announced in advance or posted within the Service. The revised Terms become effective on the effective date shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Disclaimer
- Swasd Restoration places all risks arising from the use of the Service on the user and is not liable for any damages related to the use of the Service.
- The Service does not control content provided by third parties and is not liable for such content.
