Hello, and welcome to the Privacy Policy for Swasd Restoration. Our service is a Discord bot service that supports quick and effective restoration when issues such as server deletion or raids occur on a user's Discord server. We are glad to have you with us.

Swasd Restoration values your personal information and does its best to protect it. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected so that you can understand how your information is processed.

This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by Swasd Restoration, and if you provide personal information while using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change in accordance with laws, government policies, and service operation policies, so please review it periodically. If changes are made, we will announce them on this page or through the Discord Support Server.

We also provide a Terms of Service for our users, and those Terms are legally binding together with this Privacy Policy.

If you belong to a server using Swasd Restoration or are a user completing verification:

IP Address: Collected during the verification process and used to block VPN/proxy access, alternate accounts, and for user management and public interest purposes related to Swasd Restoration.
Email Address: Collected during the verification process and used to block temporary email services, alternate accounts, and for user management and public interest purposes related to Swasd Restoration.
Discord User Profile: Discord user IDs are collected for verification processing and user management. Nicknames, profile photos, banner images, and server nicknames may also be collected in order to back up the Discord servers to which the user belongs.
User-Agent: Device and browser information is collected to optimize the Service and strengthen security.
Discord OAuth2 Refresh Tokens and Access Tokens: Collected to provide the verification service, retrieve the user's Discord profile information, and restore Discord servers or invite back Discord users when problems occur on servers using Swasd Restoration.
IDs and Related Information of Discord Servers You Belong To: Stored in association with server and verification data.
Messages Sent by Users in Discord Servers They Belong To: Collected and used to back up Discord servers.

In addition, if verification is completed on a server using this Service's verification system, information may be sent to verification logs of other servers unrelated to Swasd Restoration as configured by the server owner. This information is unrelated to Swasd Restoration and is managed by the administrator of the relevant server.

If you are a server owner currently using or planning to deploy Swasd Restoration, and a customer of Swasd Restoration:

Discord User IDs and Related Information: May be collected for user management purposes.
Payment Information: Necessary payment information, such as payment methods and transaction records, may be collected when paid services are used.
All Information About the Discord Server: This may include all channels, messages, and metadata (server information) in the Discord server and may be collected to save or retrieve data for server backup and restoration.

2. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information

Collected personal information is retained for two years after the termination of the Service and then destroyed, unless a different retention period is required by applicable law.

2.1 Destruction of Personal Information

When the retention period for personal information expires or the purpose of use has been achieved, Swasd Restoration safely destroys the relevant personal information without undue delay. The destruction procedures and methods are as follows:

Retention Period: Information is retained for two years after the termination of the Service and then destroyed, unless a different period is required by laws such as e-commerce regulations.
Destruction Procedure: When a user withdraws consent or the retention period expires, destruction is carried out in accordance with internal policy and applicable laws.
Destruction Method: Electronic files are permanently deleted so that they cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Swasd Restoration does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent. However, personal information may be provided in the following exceptional cases:

Where provided to partners for service delivery
Where necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a user
Where payment information is provided to payment processors to facilitate payment processing

In addition, if verification is completed on a server using this Service's verification system, information may be sent to verification logs of other servers unrelated to Swasd Restoration as configured by the server owner. In such cases, Swasd Restoration is not responsible for that information.

In particular, if prohibited conduct specified in the "Prohibited Conduct" section of our Terms of Service is confirmed, Swasd Restoration may process related data in the following ways:

Submission to Investigative Authorities: Related information may be submitted to investigative authorities where there is a legal obligation or suspected criminal activity.
Public Disclosure: Information may be disclosed to the public if there is unlawful conduct or a serious violation of the Terms.
Sharing with Third-Party Services: Related information may be shared with third-party services such as TheCheat where necessary to maintain the safety and trustworthiness of the Service.

In such cases, only the minimum amount of personal information necessary will be provided based on the seriousness of the conduct, and the information will be handled safely in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In addition, this Service uses Cloudflare services for web security, performance enhancement, and DDoS protection. Data transferred through Cloudflare is processed in accordance with Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Please refer to Cloudflare's policy for details on data processing related to its use.

9. International Transfer of Personal Information

Collected personal information is processed within Switzerland and may be transferred abroad where necessary to provide the Service. In such cases, it is protected in accordance with Swiss privacy law.

Any matters related to this Privacy Policy that are not expressly addressed herein shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.
